GrowEasy IELTS is built so you can practice with confidence. This page explains the controls we use to protect your data. It reflects our current practices and may change as the product evolves.
Accounts are protected with a unique generated key and an optional recovery password, hashed with bcrypt before storage. Plaintext passwords are never written to our database.
Your lessons, results, and learning history are stored in a managed Postgres database with Row-Level Security enabled on every user-data table. Each row is scoped to its owner so one student cannot read another student's data.
All traffic between your browser, our servers, and our database providers is encrypted with TLS. Payments are handled by PayPal — we never see or store your card details.
We collect the data needed to give you feedback: your name, optional email, your IELTS practice answers, AI-generated scores, and basic usage analytics. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
You can export your progress and delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard. For privacy requests or security reports, contact us at support@groweasycm.online.
